Four miles from downtown Honolulu, the condo-style ResortQuest at the Waikiki Banyan is one block from Waikiki Beach and two blocks for the Honolulu Zoo. Kalakaua Avenue, known for restaurants and shops, also is one block away. In the hotel, the sixth-floor outdoor recreation deck has a heated pool, spa tubs, and sauna, as well as tennis/basketball court, playground, putting area, snack shop, picnic tables, and barbecue grills. Guests have reduced-fee access to a 24-hour fitness center three blocks from the hotel.

Rooms
This Honolulu hotel has air-conditioned, condominium-style units in one 37-story tower and one 38-story tower. All rooms at the ResortQuest at the Waikiki Banyan open onto private, furnished lanais with views and have island-style decor.
Bedrooms are separated from living areas by a door, and all units have queen sofa beds, breakfast bars or dining sets, and full kitchens, including large refrigerators, four-burner stoves, microwaves, dishes, and utensils.

Driving directions from Honolulu International Airport:
- Exiting the airport, access H-1 Fwy heading east.
- Exit at Nimitz Hwy and follow the signs to Waikiki.
- Nimitz Hwy becomes Ala Moana Blvd, which merges with Kalakaua Ave.
- Keep left and proceed onto Kuhio Ave.
- Turn left on Paoakalani Ave and turn left again on Ala Wai Blvd.
- Take another left turn onto Ohua Ave.
- The hotel is on the left at the corner of Ohua and Kuhio avenues.
Getting there: Airport shuttles are $16–$25; reservations are strongly recommended, particularly for return trips. Taxis are $26–$35. Rental cars are available online. All fares are subject to change.
Getting around: Many attractions are within walking distance, and the public bus system serves the entire island. Rental cars are the best option for guests wishing to explore the area.
