  • Take IH-1 going east.
  • Exit at Nimitz Hwy and follow signs toward Waikiki.
  • Nimitz Hwy becomes Ala Moana Blvd.
  • Continue on Ala Moana Blvd. until it merges with Kalakaua Ave., at the entrance to Waikiki.
  • Turn right onto Kalakaua Ave and immediately get into the left lane.
  • When the road divides, stay in the left lane and continue on Kuhio Ave.
  • Continue about one mile, the Aqua Continental on the left.


Getting there: Shuttles and taxis are both good options from the airport. Shuttles cost $5–15 per person, while taxi fare is $26–35. Rental cars are also available and can be obtained online. All fees subject to change without notice.

Getting around: This Honolulu hotel enjoys a prime location; many guests walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. In addition, Kuhio Avenue is a main thoroughfare for city buses and trolleys, which stop near the hotel. The public transportation system has an excellent reputation, and many guests rely on it.
