Driving directions from Honolulu International Airport:
- Take the H-1 Fwy E to Nimitz Hwy, which becomes Ala Moana Blvd.
- Merge to the right onto Kalakaua Ave and immediately get in the left lane to join up with Kuhio Ave.
- Continue about 6 blocks and turn left onto Lewers St. The hotel is on the left.
Getting there: Many guests take an airport shuttle, available just outside baggage claim. The cost is $5–$15 per person. Others choose taxi service for $26–$35. Rental cars are another option, and they are available online. All fees subject to change without notice.
Getting around: The hotel is located amidst dozens of shops, restaurants, and attractions, so walking is definitely in order. For tired feet, however, the city bus—appropriately dubbed "TheBus"—provides excellent service. Stops are located near the hotel, and a single fare costs less than $5. Four-day passes are also available for $16–$25, a good bet for those who plan to use the system extensively. All fees subject to change without notice. For short trips, taxis are another good bet; the hotel can call for service if a cab is not already waiting outside. Tour services can connect guests with more outlying locations (fees vary), or guests can opt for a rental car, available online.
