Driving directions from Hilo International Airport: Take Hwy 11 south to Volcano Village. Just after Mile Marker 26, turn onto Wright Rd. The property entrance is three-quarters of a mile up Wright Rd. Guest check-in is at the Chalet Kilauea office; the office sign is on the right.
Getting there: The best way to reach the hotel from the airport is by car or taxi. Rental cars are available online.
