Driving directions from Hilo International Airport: Guests check in at the Chalet Kilauea Collection Office. Take Hwy 11 south to Volcano Village. Just after Mile Marker 26, turn onto Wright Rd. The entrance is three-quarters of a mile up Wright Rd.
Getting there: The best way to reach the hotel from the airport is by rental car.
